• SonoBat intelligent call trending (displayed in yellow) tracks calls through noise and echoes. Note how zero-cross analysis (shown in magenta dots below) can miss the lower amplitude end-of-call details in the presence of noise and echoes. Zero-cross analysis can only detect the strongest frequency component at any time and can miss call trends when other signals exceed the amplitude of the call component. Full-spectrum data enables SonoBat intelligent call trending to reliably track the time-frequency trend of the entire call.
