Windows Demo Quick Start Notes

Recommended System requirements: xga (1024 x 768 pixels) or larger monitor, Pentium with at least 128 MB of RAM.

Some unzipping utilities will automatically run the installer, if not:

Double click on Setup.exe to run the installer utility.

The installer will create an entry on your Start Menu that you can use to launch the program.

Running the demo

When SonoBat launches, you have two options: recording a file or opening a file. Click on the open file button to get started. SonoBat has an extensive suite of features that are described in the User's Guide that accompanies the full version. However, the demo retains the context-sensitive help messages available if you are interested in learning about some of the functions. Click on the ? button to find out how to use these help messages.

Open files, click buttons, explore, and have fun!

Note: If SonoBat halts execution from a memory limitation, push the arrow icon on the upper left of the panel to restart execution to refresh memory.

Also-- if memory limitation becomes a recurrent problem, reduce the maximum points to process setting (see related help message).
