The displayed sequence was
recorded from a suspected M.ciliolabrum. The vertical ruler separates
the sequence from the appended reference call. The horizontal ruler was
adjusted to the lower characteristic frequency of the calls in the sequence
(the frequency at which the call's frequency modulated sweep turns down
to the tail). Note the consistency of this characteristic relative to
the lowest, or terminal frequency of the calls. By comparing the sequence
with this and other reference calls, the unknown sequence was determined
to be most consistent with a M. ciliolabrum as suspected.
